She rolled with the issues that came up and steered us in the best direction, worked with our limited free time to view houses and haggled the best price for us. Jan also imparted a great amount of construction/repair advice as well as pointing out potential problems with houses. We and our home inspector were impressed with the amount of knowledge she had. Went above and beyond while assisting me through the process of selling my home. Whenever I had concerns are questions she made sure to answer them. Stayed persistent even when a couple of offers fell through. She surprised me with the many hats she wears, inspector, plumber, realtor. All in all good job Jan.
